Shipping Fees
We offer the following shipping rates:
- Orders $49 USD and above β FREE SHIPPING
- Orders below $49 USD β $9.99 USD standard shipping fee
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- United States / Canada / United Kingdom / Europe: 7β15 business days
- Other international regions: 10β20 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customs & Duties

Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required.

Approved returns must be sent to our domestic warehouse in China
Return Shipping Cost
- If the return is due to customer reasons (size, preference, etc.), return shipping cost is paid by the customer
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost
Refunds
