Size measures approx. 2.36” wide x 11.81” high x 1" deep. Item comes with a 11.81" rod so it’s ready to plant and enjoy!
Each Cup has a tube glued to the bottom side. You then feed the 11.81 inch pole through the tube for easy handling.

Just fill the Bee Watering Station with water and put in the garden or outside pot.
Insert the 3 glass beads(Includes 3 Clear Glass Beads per Cup) so the bees or butterflies can land and drink.
I have Airbrushed Enamel Paint on the surface and is finished with a clear coat spray with UV inhibiting properties to protectant against natures toughest conditions. This will reduce the graying and fading effects of the sun.
Each of my pieces is hand crafted with love and care. Due to the nature of all handmade items. each one will be unique and therefore no two will be the same. Please be aware that there may be slight differences in the sizing and coloring due to monitor and camera differences.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return by mail.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 48 hours after receiving the product if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@eztrendly.com.
Order Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel their order if this occurs before the goods are handed over to the shipping provider and no tracking number has been issued, but no later than 24 hours after the order was placed, whichever comes first. If the order has already been shipped or processed before this period expires, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If your return is accepted, we will send you the warehouse address along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover return shipping costs. Our company voluntarily offers a 14-day return option.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Costs
No restocking fees apply. We ship items to you free of charge, but we do not offer free return shipping to our returns warehouse.
If the Customer Bought the Wrong Product, It Does Not Fit, or It Is No Longer Wanted

No shipping costs are charged for defective products. We will send you a new product at our expense.

If the customer forces a return by refusing or failing to collect the goods, the customer must bear the resulting return costs.

Wiedereinlagerungsgebühren und Rücksendegebühren
Es fallen keine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühren an. Wir senden die Artikel versandkostenfrei zu Ihnen, einen kostenfreien Rückversand an unser Retouren-Warenlager bieten wir nicht an.
Dies passiert, wenn der Kunde das falsche Produkt gekauft hat, es nicht passt oder er den Artikel nicht mehr haben möchte:
Für defekte Produkte werden keine Versandkosten berechnet. Wir senden Ihnen ein neues Produkt auf unsere Kosten zu. Wenn der Kunde die Rücksendung durch Nichtannahme bzw. Nichtabholung der Ware erzwingt, dann trägt er die dafür anfallenden Retourenkosten. Wir tragen keine Kosten für den Rückversand, es sei denn, die Ware ist mangelhaft. Diese Kosten werden vom Erstattungsbetrag abgezogen. Sollte ein Umtausch gewünscht sein, dann muss der Kunde die Rücksendekosten tragen.
