Damages and Issues

Order Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel their order if this occurs before the goods are handed over to the shipping provider and no tracking number has been issued, but no later than 24 hours after the order was placed, whichever comes first. If the order has already been shipped or processed before this period expires, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If your return is accepted, we will send you the warehouse address along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

No restocking fees apply. We ship items to you free of charge, but we do not offer free return shipping to our returns warehouse.
If the Customer Bought the Wrong Product, It Does Not Fit, or It Is No Longer Wanted

Wiedereinlagerungsgebühren und Rücksendegebühren
Es fallen keine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühren an. Wir senden die Artikel versandkostenfrei zu Ihnen, einen kostenfreien Rückversand an unser Retouren-Warenlager bieten wir nicht an.
Dies passiert, wenn der Kunde das falsche Produkt gekauft hat, es nicht passt oder er den Artikel nicht mehr haben möchte:
Für defekte Produkte werden keine Versandkosten berechnet. Wir senden Ihnen ein neues Produkt auf unsere Kosten zu. Wenn der Kunde die Rücksendung durch Nichtannahme bzw. Nichtabholung der Ware erzwingt, dann trägt er die dafür anfallenden Retourenkosten. Wir tragen keine Kosten für den Rückversand, es sei denn, die Ware ist mangelhaft.
